Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking performance of sales staff and conducting regular performance reporting for management decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare sales reports across products , business and customer segments
Conduct daily review of all products
Review and analysis of product performance to ensure the attainment of the budget target
Monitor cost/ budget and regularly
Make recommendations to Management to business decisions
The successful candidate should possess knowledge of
Performance management
Banking operations
Local financial regulations
Key Skills & Competences
Analytical skills, Customer service, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail
Requirements
G12 – 5 credits or better including mathematics and English
Degree in Accountancy ( Graded Credit or better) and or full / ACCA/ CIMA
2 Years working experience in a similar role
