Job Title: Project Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Liaise with sub-contractors to monitor site requirements are met
- Review site build project plans and facilitate the timely completion of works
- Facilitate site build and upgrade through the effective inspection and installation milestones
- Facilitate handover of sites to Operations according to MTN acceptance procedures
- Assist in integrating services after acceptance of installation services
- Ensure compliance to site build tool kit for quality control purposes
- Stakeholder management
- Provide weekly , monthly and any incident reports on a timely basis
- Stay abreast of developments in areas of expertise and performs to the highest ethical and professional standards
Candidates Requirements
- An Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree/technical certification in Telecommunications or relevant field
- An equivalent of an Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Telecommunications
- Three (3) years hands-on experience in radio and transmission field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors.
- Demonstrated experience in telecommunications.
- Knowledge of fiber networks rollout
