Records Officer - Examinations Council of Zambia


DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • Assists in the management of electronic and or paper records
  • Reviews documentation and records system
  • Assists in the establishment of retention and disposal schedules of records and related documents
  • Assists in managing the changeover from paper to electronic records management system
  • Responds to information inquiries and gives appropriate access to information
  • Ensures that clients are efficiently and diligently served
Qualifications
  • School certificate with five credits including English and Mathematics
  • Diploma in education or records management
  • Minimum of three years experience in a related field
  • One year relevant work experience in examinations management
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
