Webmaster

Job Title: Webmaster
Main Purpose of the role:
The Zambian Webmaster will be responsible for implementing a variety of online digital campaigns including e-marketing, Google AdWords, digital banners, website SEO, SMS text media mail-outs, social media and website maintenance – ensuring the site is consistent and inline with these campaigns.
Principle Accountabilities:
Working alongside the marketing team you will be responsible for ensuring that the steps outlined in the “How to get 100 customers per week” digital marketing manual are implemented in accordance with an agreed marketing plan.
You will be responsible for measuring the results of each of these digital activities and reporting back on a weekly basis.
Recommend changes / campaign adjustments based on your analysis of the results.
You will be responsible for updating the website and ensuring it is inline with current campaigns; attribute your results to campaign activity to assist any decisions made in relation to campaign adjustments.
You will be self-motivated and able to react to a variety of different digital challenges at once.
