Job Title: Teacher of Science/Mathematics
The Vinjeru Trust School is a new independent secondary school located in in the town of Kapiri Mposhi. We offer top quality education and co-curricular activities to children within the rural community of Kapiri. We follow the Zambian National Curriculum together with influences from various parts of the World.
The vision for the Vinjeru Trust School is to bring excellent education, based on Christian principles, to the people in the town and surrounding area of Kapiri Mposhi, Zambia impacting on the life chances of students, staff and the wider community, regardless of race, religion or gender.
We are now looking to recruit a full time teacher whose time will be split between teaching Science and Mathematics from January 2016.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Degree holder.
- Outstanding teacher with experience of working within a team.
- Experience of teaching across Grades 8 – 12 and MUST be computer literate.
- Organising / leading extra curricular activities.
- Sharp observational skills.
- Energetic personality and able to lead students by example.
