Business Support Specialist – Instant Accounting
Job Purpose
To offer support and training to all instant solution users while keeping a focus on increasing the number of users and encouraging usability at different levels.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer’s expectation through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
• Facilitate and organise training sessions for clients
• Assist development team with any testing requirements for changes being implemented
• Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related production information, incident reports, daily stats etc. To contribute to the continuous improvements of procedures and processes and identification of pontential efficiencies.
• Resolving of all queries with required SLA period
• Maximum cross sell opportunities and strength client relationships
• Manage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads

Requirements
• Minimum Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit passes including English and Mathematics
• Degree or diploma in related field
• Computer and Accounting software literacy
• Relevant business and accounting qualification
• Basic business acumen and sales skills
• General knowledge of generic banking products
• Working knowledge of basic to intermediate Excel
