Job Title: ERP Intern

NetOne started implementing SAGE ERP (formally ACCPAC) and this continues to be a large part of our business. We are looking for a recent graduate who is willing to learn how to manage and configure the SAGE ERP system. This position will be an intern level position which will teach an individual the backend of SAGE ERP. We seek individuals who learn quickly on the job, who come to work everyday with a positive attitude, and who are willing to do any job asked of them no matter how complex or basic.
WORKING HOURS
This role will work Mon-Fri 8:00 – 17:00 and Sat 8:30 – 13:00.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Accounting
- Experience with SAGE or Pastel a plus
- Familiarity with SQL a plus
ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- SAGE ERP 300 (formerly ACCPAC) implementation and customization
- SAGE HR & Payroll implementation and customization
- Designing and Developing new reports using Crystal Reports Tool /MS SQL Server
- Conduct Scoping Study and prepare System Specification Report
- Ensure the client understands the change in business process required to successfully implement the ERP
- Manage client expectations in terms of scope and timelines
- Train key users in Finance, Operational modules
- Give client support under company standards and policy.
