MRM Officer
Financial Sector Deepening Zambia (FSD Zambia) works with both public and private sector to support the development of the Zambian financial sector to serve households, smallholder farmers, and micro and small enterprises better. We aim to increase the use of quality financial services by working with the financial industry in a manner that benefits the livelihoods of poor Zambians.
Position Summary
The Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) Officer supports the MRM Manager to develop implement and manage an effective and efficient MRM system.
Desirable Qualifications
- First degree in social sciences, demographic, economics, statistics.
- 5 years experience in monitoring, evaluation and research,
- Good knowledge of research software techniques and data collection tools.
- Understanding of financial inclusion activities.
