In order to support our new and existing branches in Lusaka, Kitwe and beyond, we seek to recruit the following positions below:
Job Title: SME Credit Officers (Ref: SMELO/08/15)
Main Responsibilities:
- Building up and Managing SME (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) Loan Portfolio;
- Managing the relationship with SMEs on Bank behalf;
- Identifying prospective SME loan clients, promote and sell the SME loan Products;
- Conducting business assessments, loan and risk analysis in the field;
- Monitoring and enforcing the loan repayments;
- Fulfilling targets as set by the Credit Departments;
Requirements:
- Ability, willingness & interest to work independently, in the field more than 60% of the time;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting;
- Fluency in English and in one local language a must;
- Prior work experience in business an advantage;
Additional Requirements:
- Tertiary certificate or diploma in any field
- No previous professional experience required
- High level of integrity
- Ability to work independently
