GRANTS MANAGER , Zambian Governance Foundation


The Zambian Governance Foundation (ZGF), a non-for profit organisation, was established to enhance the capacity of Zambian civil society organisations involved in pro-poor policy engagement work.
ZGF now wishes to recruit new team members. If you are highly professional, passionate about driving positive change, ready to take on new tasks as a result of organisational learning, initiative-taking, and ready to work in a multi-disciplinary team with ability to interact effectively with civil society organisations and other relevant stakeholders, ZGF would like to meet with you.
Grants Manager (1 position)
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and based in Lusaka, you will be responsible for developing grants management strategies, systems and tools and leading a team of subject matter (programme) specialists in planning, implementing and coordinating grants management activities to ensure that stakeholder expectations are met. You have 5 years of experience in financial management (2 years in strengthening financial management systems) and grants administration.
Education and training: Ability to perform higher level specialized work requiring full professional qualification or master’s degree in project management, development studies, MBA, full ACCA or equivalent.
