Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for number of strong Customer Service Agent to join our Livingstone team representing a well-known airline. We are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, proactive, innovative and flexible individual who will be responsive and work with accuracy. You’ll be the working on the front line, so will need to be presentable and friendly. Willingness to work flexible hours – including some evenings and weekends are essential.
Applicant must meet the minimum criteria:
- Experience or competency in either Amadeus or Galileo systems reservations system;
- Must have experience in airline reservations processing them efficiently & with accuracy;
- Advantageous to have experience managing Airside operations and RAMP control;
- Be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email);
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Aviation or Travel Agency industry;
- Have outstanding communication skills;
- Have High Level of Enthusiasm and Energy;
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays a must;
- Administration duties required to complete bookings.
