- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Valid Engineer’s Institute of Zambia (EIZ) membership, Silicosis certificate
- Experience in handling a section or part of cement plant individually in all aspects
- Experience in operations and maintenance or any related experience
- Five years experience
- Addition qualification in Safety, Hydraulics, NDT, Vibrations or Heat transfer
