Job Title: Regional Representative – Mobile Money
Responsibilities include:
- Identify new channels to increase sales and activations
- Identify new sales opportunities and focus the sales effort to capitalize on such opportunities
- Develop and implement various strategies to ensure customer satisfaction levels and optimum revenue levels are achieved
- Recruitment, monitoring and management of agent and their performance
- Drive sales activities and acquisition of customers
- Drive revenue growth and increase customer awareness and usage of Mobile Money services.
Candidate Requirements
- Business/Marketing/Sales Diploma
- 2 years’ experience in a marketing, sales or customer care environment.
- Negotiating skills
- Customer handling skills
