Job Title: Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership with visibility, decision support and control for effective governance for Enterprise Sales operations.
 - Lead the development and implementation of annual Enterprise Sales Business plan
 - Prepare, monitors and controls annual departmental budget
 - Develop an executive relationship program for MTN major corporate customers
 - Develop and employ relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress
 - Maintain effective working relationships with national regulatory and competition authorities
 - Effectively manage the development of direct reports
Stay abreast of developments in areas of expertise 
Candidate Requirements
- First degree in Marketing/Sales, Business, Charter Marker or related area of study
 - Masters degree in Business Administration or Sales/Marketing
 - Minimum of 7 years in large to medium sized industry
 - At least 5 years practical business/corporate sales
 - 3 years in senior management role
 - Experience in medium to large subsidiary of multinational/telecom company
