Extracting and collating management information from various sources and systems for decision making, financial and product analysis.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent

Professional Registration: Computer Services of Zambia/Engineering Institute of Zambia or any other recognised body

Minimum Experience : Minimum of 3 years in Management Information System (MIS) environment 1 of which should have been writing SQL queries, data processing, database design and development

Key Skills:

• Working knowledge of ITIL processes
• Knowledge of telecommunications-related best practices
• Understanding Business Intelligence and Enterprise systems
• Knowledgeable of relational databases and/or SQL databases •
• Strong understanding of the software development cycle
