HEAD OFFICE SUPPORT FUNCTIONS FINANCIAL CONTROL ANALYST (X1)
JOB PURPOSE
The role of the job holder is to contribute to the Bank’s robust and scalable financial controls framework by reviewing, recommending changes and monitoring action plans for control deficiencies identified throughout the Zanaco Head Office Support Functions. To provide guidance to the Head Office Support functions in order to embed the Bank’s financial controls.

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT HEAD – REPORTING (X1)
JOB PURPOSE
- To manage the budget consolidation process, and consistent preparation of Pan Bank financial and management reports that reflect actual performance against set targets.
- To draft the quarterly financial reports that feed into the consolidated quarterly Board Papers.
- To implement and operate an effective revenue assurance process.
- To provide business partnering to the Treasury division and manage the product control process.
