To develop and drive the Bank’s Commercial Banking strategy, growth opportunities and process excellence. Deliver sustainable and profitable revenue growth through excellent sales management balanced with accountability for an effective risk and control environment. Grow the Commercial Banking customer and related revenue and profitability in line with agreed targets.
WORKFORCE BANKING SPECIALIST
JOB PURPOSE
Supports the Workforce Senior Banking Specialist in the delivery of our staff banking proposition and driving products sales through the proposition anchoring on salary domiciliation. This will be largely driven through opportunities in our internal ecosystem but will also extend externally.
HEAD CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANKING
JOB PURPOSE
To define and drive the Bank’s corporate banking strategy and ensure achievement of the Bank’s Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) portfolio growth and financial performance targets. This includes building and leading CIB teams to originate, maintain and develop corporate customer relationships, drive sales, balance sheet growth and risk management.
