In the Assistant Consultant role, you will be required to
·Be Passionate about Client Service
·Deliver quality work product within the given deadlines; free of errors and in compliance with PwC policy and procedures and regulatory standards.
·Be committed to self development through active use of the available technical resources and tools and actively pursue required or recommended credential(s) in accordance with Training policy
·Proactively seek instruction, feedback and coaching to improve performance
·Contribute to establishing positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, client, and other stakeholders.
·Demonstrate flexibility and take responsibility for getting things done
·Demonstrate behaviour that is reflective of the PwC Code of Conduct.
Requirements
In the Assistant Consultant role, the skills and qualities required are:
-An upper class Business related degree from a recognised university or full professional qualification such as, ZICA, ACCA
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills
•Self motivated, proactive and flexible
•Integrity and a passion for business
•Ambitious and committed to pursuing a career in a demanding professional environment

Management Trainee at Zambian Revenue Authority , 10 - 13 OCT , 2015


Title: Management Trainee – Grade ZRA06 (33)

Management Trainees will be required to undergo an intensive Management Development preparation for the future management roles in the organization based on performance
Main Duties
Gain knowledge, skills and experience required in order to serve as reservoir for future management responsibilities
Understand, perform duties of several Divisions/Departments
Set management Development Objectives/Goals with Management taxation issues as well as management development
Participate in the on-going monitoring and review of the progress of one's performance with key trainers and Senior Management
Observe experienced staff and gain knowledge about procedures, methods and standards that are required for performing ones duties in ZRA
Participate in the exercise/job on training assigned
Prepare own report in line with formal given by Management to facilitate Management's assignments of the Trainee

GRADUATE TRAINEE VACANCY AT KARIBA HARVEST LIMITED
Kariba Harvest Limited (KHL) under Lake Harvest Group (LHA) is looking to recruit a university graduate (with a fisheries, science or agricultural background) for a two year program. The successful candidate will undergo 2 year training at Kariba Harvest in Siavonga, after successful completion of the two year program, the candidate will have an opportunity to build a career with one of the biggest tilapia farms in Africa.
