Property Clerks (8 vacancies) – Ndola, Solwezi, Mongu, Choma, Monze, Mazabuka , Kabwe, Chipata
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Property Management, you shall be required to carry out among others, the following :
Job description
  • Clerical support to propeity management on day to day operations.
  • Maintaining an updated on site storage visits
  • Distrusting invoices, memos and monthly tenant statements
  • Maintain and update as necessary all tenant contact information, after hour access lists and emergency contact information and as well as a master tenant contact email address listing.
  • Assist the Senior Manager with tenant reports as required
  • Dispatch the maintenance orders and enter accurate and timely updates of the repairs and maintenance work schedules
  • Preparing regular properly reports, regular checks on service providers and performance reviews
  • Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by the senior Manager
Knowledge and Skills
  • Degree In Land Economy (Real Estate) or Business relate field from a recognized university or college
  • Diploma in related field from recognized institutions
  • Minimum of 1-2 years work experience for holders of Degrees and 3-4 years experience for Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Internet, Word and Excel knowledge)
  • Administrative and organisational skills will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely.

PROGRAMME MANAGER

The Zambia-Emory HIV Research Project in Ndola seeks enthusiastic, motivated and detail orientated individuals to fill the following positions:
CVCT PROGRAMME MANAGER
All applicants must have a Masters degree in Public Health (MPH).
Purpose and Scope of Duties:
CVCT Project Administrators are responsible for all CVCT-related duties required by the research facility. These responsibilities are comprised of programmatic support, QC, and resolution of all queries as assigned, conducting clinical research study visits and adhering to study-specific protocols. In addition, CVCT programme managers provide efficient, quality customer service and, as necessary, client care.
Description of Duties
  • Provide logistical support, quality control and general support for smooth daily operations at the project sites
  • Work with promotions, data, administration, laboratory and medical aspects of the project and will ensure that intra-department communications occur on a regular basis
  • Be responsible for all study staff being properly certified and trained and implementing activities in accordance with the Good Clinical Practices, study protocol, and related standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with the US Based office and teams at the Zambia and Rwanda sites
  • Accurately complete research forms according to protocol
  • Fully participate and contribute to all trainings and meetings of staff and counselors
  • Correctly apply all training modules and information learned

NURSE/COUNSELLOR

The Zambia-Emory HIV Research Project in Ndola seeks enthusiastic, motivated and detail orientated individuals to fill the following positions:
Full-time Nurse/Counselor
  • Psycho-social counseling
  • Registered with General Nursing Council (GNC)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bemba.
  • Previous research experience preferred
  • Registration with Zambia Counseling Council (ZCC) preferred
Must be available to work 40hr/week which includes evenings and weekends.
