Description
Security Manager is responsible for monitoring the security operations for the company. He will implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the environment in the organization is safe for employees and visitors. He is required to hire new members of staff (where necessary) and delegate tasks and duties to them. One of his main duties is to check and monitor the access control of the people who are visiting the company and ensure that we have theft free environment.
DUTIES
- Keeping track of different events.
- Implementing security protocols.
- Creating emergency response procedures.
- Good at conducting security evaluations.
- Supervising security staff members
Experience & Qualifications
- Considerable experience with the Police or Military background.
- Security experience as part of an in-house team preferred.
- Diploma in Security Management.
