Job Title: Internal Audit Officer

OVERALL PURPOSE
Participating in timely delivery of high quality, value added assurance to Zamtel Senior Management and the Finance and Audit Committee over a portfolio of business activities in respect of governance, risk management and internal control.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree and/or
- Professional qualification accounting qualification such as ACCA and CIMA
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certifications added advantage.
Professional Registration: Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA)
Minimum Experience : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an auditing environment
Key Skills:
- Good working knowledge of the principles, theories and practices commonly used in internal auditing
- A broad understanding of the Telco business Knowledge of Telco regulatory environment, Accounting principles and the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF)
