Responsibilities

• To oversee Health/medical underwriting or back office function of the business
• Manage the renewals of medical schemes and do Endorsements
• Manage the Contracts with Health Care Providers
• Manage claims processing and pre- Authorizations for Admissions
• Manage and facilitate Evacuations
• Risk management e.g. fraud detection, claim management
• Monitor and manage the Utilization of benefits
• Ensure that All HCPs operating on FLA’s network are aligned to FLA’s set guidelines
• Ensure that all registered HCPs have duly signed contracts
• To ensure that Health care providers are well informed about claim procedures
• To conduct health care provider training where necessary

Candidates Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Health sciences/medical field
• 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry (preferably Life Assurance)
• Wide experience in Medical underwriting will be an added advantage

• Maintain Sales records and Prepare sales weekly reports
• Ensure that Sales Executives are Highly motivated and don’t lose track of their targets
• Assist in underwriting matters such as issuing quotations to clients, writing cover notes, conducting physicals inspections of vehicles, Issue Tax invoices to clients and also issue receipts.
• Attend to customer queries
• Heavily involved in selling of Life Assurance products
• Debt collection and managing clients on payment plans

Candidates Requirements

• Degree in relevant field and a certificate or Diploma in Insurance
• 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry (preferably Life Assurance)

Job Title: Webmaster

Main Purpose of the role:

The Zambian Webmaster will be responsible for implementing a variety of online digital campaigns including e-marketing, Google AdWords, digital banners, website SEO, SMS text media mail-outs, social media and website maintenance – ensuring the site is consistent and inline with these campaigns.

Principle Accountabilities:

Working alongside the marketing team you will be responsible for ensuring that the steps outlined in the “How to get 100 customers per week” digital marketing manual are implemented in accordance with an agreed marketing plan.

You will be responsible for measuring the results of each of these digital activities and reporting back on a weekly basis.

Recommend changes / campaign adjustments based on your analysis of the results.
You will be responsible for updating the website and ensuring it is inline with current campaigns; attribute your results to campaign activity to assist any decisions made in relation to campaign adjustments.

You will be self-motivated and able to react to a variety of different digital challenges at once.
