Maintenance Officer
To maintain all company properties ensuring that all property/facilities of the company are in good condition.

Call Centre Coordinator  
Ensures that the call centre has a service level of 96% at all times. The immediate call centre team is always giving an excellent service by ensuring that all areas key to the call centre are met.

Customer Retention Agent
To proactively contact existing customers to increase the customers spend and lifetime with Zamtel To conduct “Outbound Campaigns” that are focused on extending customers lifetime and to increase customer’s Average Revenue Per User – “ARPU”

Customer Service Manager        
Drives customer loyalty programs and coordinates the customer service through inbound call centre staff, outbound retention teams and customer facing staff in retail shops in order to give an exceptional customer experience.

Call Centre Agent  
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
