Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management
 - Scope project requirements and prepare budget
 - Manage Budget and Forecast budget proactively
 - Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
 - Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital finance projects
 - Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
 - Develop support documentation and requirement specifications
 - Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
 - Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
 - Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
 - Establishing a road map for the delivery of business requirements and the technology footprint available
 
Requirements
- Minimum five years of proven work experience as a Digital Finance project manager
 - Hands on experience with project management and implementation in any digital finance avenue i.e. mobile banking, agent banking, online banking, etc
 - Excellent organization and time management skills
 - Communication and team management skills
 - BS in Computer Science, Business Discipline or relevant field
 - Minimum of 5 years experience in project implementation in any digital finance avenue i.e. mobile banking, agent banking, online banking, etc
 - Experience in introducing and managing payment channels
 - Experience in stakeholder management
 - Excellent Knowledge about the local financial Sector

 - Strong Business acumen
 
Educational skills
- BS in Computer Science/ Information systems and business discipline from an accredited institution, a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
