JOB PURPOSE

HEAD DIGITAL RISK & COMPLIANCE (X1)
JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective control framework across the Digital Banking Division. Focusing on Operational Control, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Business Continuity and IT Disaster recovery, the Risk and Compliance Head will provide input into the Digital Banking Risk Forum and other key governance forums across the Bank.
HEAD MERCHANT SALES (X1)
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the Digital Banking Merchant sales unit to grow and maintain an active portfolio of Merchants fulfilling the Digital Banking ecosystem development.
REGIONAL CLIENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (X4)
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the execution of the Digital Banking client acquisition strategy. To grow and retain a portfolio of active Digital Banking customers and achieve the business target of number clients as well as associated financial performance indicators for assigned region.

 JOB PURPOSE
Operate pumping station by running pumps, monitor reservoir water levels, pressures, water flows and chlorinates water.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate, monitor and regulate the pumping units in a booster station to conform to set operating procedures.
Carries out hourly checks of water levels in reservoirs, inflows, outflows, pressures and regulates valves to optimize pumping operation.
Chlorinates water according to prescribed dosage rates before pumping to consumers
Record all plant operations in the log book and ensure proper and safe keeping of records.
Cleans pumping units, pipes, floors in the pumping house and surroundings
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

School Certificate or GCE
Craft Certificate in Water Operations or its equivalent
One (1) years relevant work experience
BEHAVIOUR QUALITIES

Good Communication Skills
Achievement oriented
Ability to work under pressure

Airtel Kenya wishes to recruit a Trade Marketing Manager within Marketing Department. Main purpose of the role is to develops a promotional and trade branding plan for the market and liaise with procurement, Regional Sales managers and related agencies to ensure that the company’s branding effort results in the establishment and maintenance of a positive and progressive image in the public eye.
Reporting to the Marketing Director the incumbent’s role will include;
  • Develops promotion and trade branding plans and budgets.
  • Evaluates proposed sites and make recommendations on suitability

  • Continuously checks the trade for visibility gaps and takes remedial action.
  • Manage trade promotion activities by setting targets and monitoring performance/ impact of trade promotions against these.
  • Monitors/receives feedback on competitor promotional activities and develops tactical responses, as required.
  • Prepare reports for management review as per the reporting calendar.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management
  • 5-8 years Trade marketing working experience preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Good knowledge of channel and retail sales
  • Able to work under high stress with short-term targets and objectives
  • Familiarity with and interest in contemporary brand management thinking and trends
  • Experience of handling multiple projects successfully
  • Business awareness with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong planning ,analytical and problem solving skills
