Job Title: Senior Manager: Human Capital Reporting, Employee Relations &Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
- Develop actionable proactive metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic objectives
 - Plan, organize, lead, monitor and coordinate the design and development of strategies for Employee Value Propositions
 - Manage the rewards elements, including salary benchmarking, budget review and forecasting process and carryout annual salary review process, giving input on all variable pay structures and managing all employee benefits
 - Manage all union negotiations and relationships
 - Prepare and maintain procedure and instruments for workforce planning, attraction, recruitment, connection and induction that meet best practice
 - Develop and maintain partnerships with selected educational institutions to acquire the best entry level talent
 - Manage separation process to facilitate learning from leavers and compliance with policies and labour laws
 - Manage disciplinary and grievance process and procedures liaising effectively with and properly advising client managers
 
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology
 - A Masters degree in Human Resources Management an added advantage
 - Associate or Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM)
 - 7 years experience in HR with a bias towards industrial relations, compensation and benefits and/or talent acquisition
 - Experience in telecommunications environment added advantage
