Job Title: Receptionist/Secretary
Overall responsibility for manning the reception area, undertaking secretarial functions to the Finance Manager and Sales Manager, providing administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Finance departments, attending to telephone inquiries from sales and finance corporate customers.
Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma in Secretarial Duties or equivalent, Advanced Typing and computer literate.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years work experience
Must have own accommodation in Kitwe.
