Manager – Product & BI Mobile Money
Responsibilities
To provide robust, data-driven customer insights and recommendations.
To build expert knowledge of products, systems, data and data quality in order to provide high business-impact analysis and analytical consultation.
Identify segmented customer lifecycles, calculate segmented customer lifetime value and develop key customer segments insights to drive greater usage and loyalty of Mobile Money.
Support the development of measurement strategies, identifying key metrics to track and report on.
Communicate analytical results clearly to internal stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure an effective combination of channels and campaigns to optimize ROI of Mobile Money campaigns.
Analyse the performance of business segments, trends and competitors brand actions and positions
Candidate Requirements
Business ,Commerce, Marketing, Statistics Degree
Grade 12 Certificate
At least 5-7 years of experience of marketing with 3 years’ experience in management
Experience in Customer Value Management, Revenue Planning and/or BI function under Analytics in a Telco, Bank or Direct Marketing / Advertising Organization.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar management position, in dynamic and fast-moving industries
