OPERATIONS ASSISTANT


Financial Sector Deepening Zambia (FSD Zambia) is a financial sector development organisation working with both public and private sector actors to support the development of the Zambian financial sector to serve households, smallholder farmers, and micro and small enterprises.
1. Operations Assistant
The purpose of this role ¡s to provide operations and administrative support to the Head Finance and Operations, the Senior Procurement Officer and the Finance Manager ¡ri the following areas:
  • Contract and grant management
  • Procurement
  • Human resources
  • Asset management
  • Payments
  • Events Management
  • General office operations
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • University degree or equivalent educational qualification in public administration; business administration; bookkeeping and/or business management.
  • At least 3 years working experience in administration or finance.
