Job Title: Customer Experience Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Manages stock, reconciliation and cash at the Service Centre.
- Drive sales targets and customer centric in the Service Centres
- Directs, motivates and inspires team to deliver in excess of expectation in a highly pressured environment
- Monitors and ensure compliance with business processes, MTN policies and procedures.
- Drives regional initiatives and ensure brand compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
- Accounting qualification as added advantage
- 1 years experience in retail management.
- Customer Service and Sales/Marketing experience
- Appreciation of the telecommunications industry
- Able to driving customer centricity in the Service Centre and Region
