The Workers Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB) a statutory body established under the Workers Compensation Act Number 10 of 1999 of the Laws of Zambia is hereby inviting applications for the following position:
PROPERTY MANAGER
Reporting to the Investments Manager the job holder will be required to manage the Boards property portfolio and collect rentals from tenants as well as ensure proper maintenance of Board property.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage Board property and ensure buildings are well maintained
- To develop the annual Maintenance Plan for all Board properties.
- To recommend maintenance works to be undertaken as well as recommending awarding of maintenance contracts to reputable maintenance firms.
- To supervise the Artisans.
- To manage security, cleaning and refuse services providers for all Board property where such services are provided.
- To manage rental collections and to participate in the rental revision exercise.
- To prepare and manage the budget for the Section so that works are carried out according to the objectives of the Board.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate.
- Degree in Real Estates Management, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
- Must be a Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
- At least five (5) years work experience in a similar role.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Must have analytical and Interpersonal skills
- Must have supervisory skills
- Good report writing skills
