STORE ASSISTANT

Yalelo, foremost supplier of Fresh Zambian Fish is looking for a Store Assistant, to maximise and grow revenue and profits within its wholesale store by selling the company’s products and services to a variety of re-sellers.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately receive product
  • Convince customers to purchase and make repeat purchases of product
  • Operate till point
  • Responsibly and strictly manage all cash and stock with which you are entrusted
  • Track and record sales for input into sales reporting
  • Open and close the store
  • Keep the store clean and orderly
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Person Specification
  • Proven ability to execute in a store operational capacity
  • 6 months’ supervisory experience
  • Numeracy and analysis skills
  • Computer literate
  • Results oriented, tenacious self-starter who plans for success
  • Team Player with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Customer-oriented
  • Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile
