Responsibilities
- Set management development objectives or goals with management
- Gain knowledge, skills and hands on experience required in order to serve as reservoir for future management responsibilities
- Understand and perform duties in several IT operational areas including development and support of IT based business systems and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Demonstrate an interest in reading and updating personal knowledge of IT and current industry trends as well as management development
- Participate in the on-going monitoring and review of the progress of one’s performance with key trainers and senior management
- Observe experienced staff and gain knowledge about procedures, methods and standards that are required for performing one’s duties in ZRA
- Produce work consistent with quality and standard required
- Participate in the exercises or job-on-training assigned
- Prepare on report in line with format given by management to facilitate management’s assessment of the trainee

Qualifications
- Grade 12 school certificate or General Certificate of Education (GCE)
- University degree with minimum of merit in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Not more than 25 yeas of age
