Client Relationship Advisor (x4)
Job description summary:
The Client Relationship Advisor will have a role in managing financial needs to customers achieving business results through customer acquisition. The CRA primary responsibility is the development of a portfolio of customers across a range of large scale enterprises, institutions, and public and private sector entities.
As an ambassador for the company, the CRA is a visible representative in cultivating referral and prospecting opportunities. This person utilizes their strong interpersonal and communication skills, credibility and presence to inspire others, build critical partnerships and cultivate relationships both inside and outside the business. This role is responsible for compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity.
Requirements:
- Ideal Candidate will have 2-3 years’ work experience with a strong microfinance finance background.
- Candidate that has a Bachelor in Banking and Finance/Marketing.
