SALES MANAGER TRAINEE

Job Title: Sales Manager Trainee
Job Functions / responsibilities:  
  1. Implement and maintain all required operational standards as well as company policies and procedures in the store.
  2. Ensure market awareness by doing ongoing analysis of market trends, competitors and customer’s needs and initiate action arising out of the analysis.
  3. Drive customer service excellence throughout your departments.
  4. Manage people by reflecting the company vision and values in your leadership practices.
  5. Manage performance to meet operational and financial objectives.
  6. Achieve budgets and targets for the store through proactive management.
Requirements:    
  1. Must be a Zambian citizen
  2. Grade 12 School Certificate and Minimum Diploma in any Business related field
  3. Minimum 3-5 years management experience in a related environment
  4. Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  5. Proven ability to lead and supervise
  6. Strong adherence to principles and values
  7. Proven ability to make decisions and initiate action
  8. Planning and organising skills
  9. Proven ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
  10. Proven ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
  11. Proven track record in achieving personal work goals and objectives
  12. Strong entrepreneurial and commercial orientation
