Sales Representative
Key Performance Areas:
- Build effective customer relationships
- Ensure effective management of merchandisers
- Ensure target achievement
- Ensure effective sales administration
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- Completed Matric or Grade 12 certificate; a diploma would be an added benefit
- 2 — 3 years sales experience in an FMCG environment
- Effective interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Above average communication skills (oral and written)
- Commercial aptitude coupled with strong market knowledge
- Well-developed selling and negotiating skill
- Effective planning & organizing skills
- Knowledge of sales systems & procedures
- Computer literacy
- Valid drivers license
