- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum of University Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minmum of 2 years work experience in I.T as Database Administrator using Oracle.
- Grade 12 Certificate

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES - PROCUREMENT (4)
- Grade 12 school Certificate or GCE equivalent
- Univetsity Degree with minimum of MERIT in Purchasing and Supply
- Not more than 25 years of age.
- Univetsity Degree with minimum of MERIT in Purchasing and Supply
- Not more than 25 years of age.
