BRANCH MANAGER – MPULUNGU AT Cavmont Bank Limited

Cavmont Bank Limited is a diversified financial institution with 19 outlets across the country that provides high quality products, services and financial solutions to the Retail and Corporate markets.
We are looking for an outstanding Human Resource with extensive experience in high profile and complex environments to fill the following position: BRANCH MANAGER – MPULUNGU
This role reports directly to the Manager: Retail Sales & Service.
The ideal candidate is responsible for the overall performance and routine running of the Branch as set by the Performance Contract.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
  • Exhibiting sound knowledge of the Bank’s product and service bouquet, credit, sales and administration principles
  • Cultivating and maintaining a Customer focus by ensuring that Customers are handled in a professional manner and that all information provided is accurate
  • Strengthening the sales focus by proactively marketing the Bank’s products to new / existing Customers and identifying cross-selling to meet Business objectives
  • Ensuring effective administrative management of the frontline service & back office support areas and collateral & credit facilities (in compliance with the Bank’s credit policy & procedures) while containing credit risk as per the Performance Contract
  • Upholding the Bank’s Brand and “code of conduct” by demonstrating; professionalism, commitment and reliability in front of our Customers
  • Willingness to perform any other reasonable and lawful duties as necessary
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • A minimum of 5 years’ general banking experience
  • Sound knowledge of business and administration procedures
  • Excellent budgeting, interpersonal relationship management, organising, planning, problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate financial information, work well under pressure and deliver results while exceeding Customer expectations
  • Computer literacy essential (Microsoft Office)
QUALIFICATION
  • Complete Grade 12 Certificate with credits (or better) in English and Mathematics
  • Degree or diploma in Banking/Business or Commerce-related field
