Location: Zambia – Kasama, Lusaka, Solwezi, Ndola, Livingstone, Chipata, Regional
Compensation: Market related based on Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Purpose of Role
To ensure the prompt setup of newly signed Zoona agents and to offer standardized system training to allow them to run their business well. To identify and signup new agents.
Leadership Responsibilities
To be a motivated individual who aims to perform and keep the team on track.
Financial Responsibilities
Responsible for a budget within the Distribution Centre
Top Accountabilities
Monitor monthly schedules for booth set-up and roll out as per agreed SLA.
To ensure necessary equipment, stock, and branding materials is on site to fully setup a new agent outlet.
To schedule setups in the pipeline in an efficient way to speed up schedule and minimize costs and time.
To have effective training skills to train agents and tellers to transact well within their agency.
To collect required KYC documentation to setup accounts promptly.
To be able to effectively communicate the Zoona franchise model and sign up new agents.
To work well independently and within a team.
Participate in informational sessions to advise agents and tellers on new bill payments and system enhancements or changes as required
Monitor and escalate competitor activities
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Skills:
Has a bachelor’s or associates degree or diploma in a business related field
2 years management experience
Excels at execution & relationship management
Possesses excellent planning & reconciliation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products in particular Excel (Salesforce and Qlickiew a plus)
High level of Integrity
Excellent problem solving, judgment and self-management skills
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong people management skills
Experience:
Proven work experience in Sales & Operations
Ability to communicate results to management
Good team player
Understands the power of flawless execution
Self-motivated and eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
Has outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
