Our Client is seeking a full time Project Manager to manage internal and client driven projects. Projects will be varied in nature, ranging from the implementation of school solutions within schools to the delivery of e-learning content.
Duties to include:
To take projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring this is done on-time, within budget and to scope
Define project scope with project sponsors, and create a workplan and budget, and own through to delivery
Create and maintain accurate project documentation
Allocate and co-ordinate project resources effectively
Perform continuous risk management to ensure issues are avoided or minimised
Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
Experience in either the software or public sector workspace would be ideal
Excellent communication and client facing skills, both written and verbal
A natural organiser, with an attention to detail and a focus on quality
Being able to deal with multiple projects at the same time
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
The role will be primarily office based, but travel within Zambia may be required
Key Qualifications:
A minimum 2-3 years of proven project delivery
University educated
Project management qualifications would be a bonus
