Job Title: Programme Specialist/Capacity Development
Reporting to the Manager – Capacity Development and based in Lusaka, you will be responsible for developing capacity development strategies, approaches and tools, and the execution of capacity and organisational development interventions.
You will have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in training and development, education, organisational development, leadership development, business administration or equivalent.
A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
