JICA BHC for UHC project (Project for Strengthening Basic Health Care Services Management for Universal Health Coverage) now recruits qualified and experienced staff for the following position.
Job Title: Driver
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Project Vehicles
- Transporting Project Staff and other concerned delegates
- Maintaining vehicles in good condition
- Delivering and collecting quotations, payments and other mails
- Typing simple documents
Qualifications:
- Valid Zambian driver’s license and a clean driving record. At least 4 years’ commercial driving experience with an international donor agency, donor funded project or Zambian government
- Knowledge of major road system in Lusaka and the Southern province
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS word and e-mail / internet
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ready to work in a multicultural environment
- Basic knowledge/familiarity with automobile maintenance
