Job Title: IT Application & Support Officer
Job Objective
- To provide IT support to staff, deploy and manage all banking applications, resolve all assigned issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist assigned users in the use of computer software, including standard office software, network and systems client software, and specialized software used by the bank (e.g.: Finacle, CTS, RTGS/ CSD, Reuters).
- Provides on-site maintenance and trouble-shooting for personal computer hardware and peripherals, software (as above) and network connections and other equipment.
- Perform software installation and setup procedures.
- Instruct users in appropriate techniques to enhance productive use of personal computer hardware and software.
Requirements
- B.Sc /B.Eng in Business Information Systems or Computer Sciences
- Full G12 with 5 credits or better including Maths & English
- 1 – 2 years hands on experience on specialized banking applications eg Finacle, RTGS/ CSD, Reuters.
