Job Title: Head Corporate Communications & Brand Management
Objective
To drive a  structured communications strategy across Zambia, and position UBA as the leading and dominant financial services institution, both within and across the Country branches.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and execute our marketing and communications plans, in accordance with our business goals.
 - Will be responsible for brand integrity and compliance in all creative execution and communication initiatives within the Country branches.
 - Manage successful relations with key public and build goodwill with all key stakeholders within Zambia
 - Work with Business Units to develop appropriate marketing and communications strategies and creative plans for both existing and new products/services applicable to local operating environment
 - Manage cross functional work teams that includes outside agencies to implement plans for the execution of our communication/ advertising of the product/service
 - Assist with ad-hoc communications projects as maybe determined by management from time-to-time
 
Job Requirements
- Minimum education level –First Degree ,
 - Full member of Zambia Institute of Marketing
 - Masters Degree will be and added advantage
 - Full G12 certificate with 5 credits including Maths & English
 - Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
 - Knowledge of of the communication industry and organization
