Sub-Grant Manager
Development Aid from People to People (DAPP) is inviting interested, qualified and experienced candidates to apply for a Sub-grant Manager position for the South Central Zambia Families Initiative which will support 125,000 OVC. The project will start implementation in January 2016 and will support OVC through integrated household and community approaches including health and economic strengthening. The position will be based in Kabwe.
Description of the position:
The Sub-grant Manager is responsible for sub-granting to between 30 and 50 small and bigger NGO’s. He/she will ensure that all laid down procedures for sub-granting are followed according to DAPP and USAID guidelines. He/she will support the sub-grantees to adhere to administrative and financial requirements and will ensure that all funds sub-granted are utilized according to budget and provides maximum value for money.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in finance or related field or a partly qualified professional qualification in accountancy, such as ACCA, CIMA or CICA. Must also be registered with ZICA.
- At least 3 years of experience with sub-grant management and capacity building including sub-granting to CBO’s and NGO’s for HIV/ OVC related projects.
- Knowledge of USAID financial management rules and regulations.
