General Manager: Mobile Financial Services
Responsibilities
- Implement the overarching Mobile Financial Services strategy within the OPCO
 - Translate the Mobile Financial Services business plan and strategic objectives into actions and execution within the OPCO
 - Provide leadership and management with the visibility; control and decision support
 - Oversee the Implemented strategies to increase awareness and grow Mobile Financial Services in Zambia
 - Provide weekly and monthly feedback on demand and progress
 - Provide a complete and holistic model of business relationships
 - Management of business synergies
 
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Sales or any other relevant/related discipline
 - MBA/ CA or Masters advantageous
 - 5 - 8 years experience in a Sales environment with at least 5 years strategic management in a multinational
 - 3 years or more experience in Financial Services environment
 - Worked across diverse cultures and geography
