In order to support our new and existing branches in Lusaka, Kitwe and beyond, we seek to recruit the following positions below:
Job Title: Direct Promotions Agent
Main Responsibilities:
- Distribute the bank’s flyers in the markets, in the streets, and in other busy locations
- Explain the bank’s products in detail, convince potential customers of the benefits of the bank’s products, and offer the most suitable product to each given client
- Conduct efficient follow-up on potential customers
- Identify additional opportunities for AB Bank to reach out to potential customers
- Represent AB Bank and its values towards customers and potential customers
- Help fulfil the branch targets
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate. Tertiary certificate or Diploma in any field an advantage
- Basic knowledge of mathematics is essential
- Good computer literacy
- Fluency in English and a local language
- High Level of Integrity
- Ability to work Independently
- No previous professional experience required
Note: For future Client Advisors and Cashiers vacancies, DP Agents will get priority before external candidates are considered.
