DEBT RECOVERY ACCOUNT MANAGER.
Our Client, FAST DEBT MANAGERS LTD, a newly established Debt Management Firm in Zambia is looking to recruit Debt Recovery Account Managers (x5) to be based in Lusaka.
You will be responsible for Debt Case management, Reconciliation of Debt Accounts, Liaison with Corporate and individual Clients, Reconciliation of payments made through various Bank Accounts, Provision of Debt Counselling and Advice, Follow-ups on Collections and Recovery. Liaison with our Legal, Operations and Collections teams.
You will also be required to provide Debt Consolidation and Debt Reviews.
You will be the Key Account Manager for specific corporate accounts and a Relationship Manager in ensuring that the client is well updated in a timely manner whilst providing exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have an Accounting qualification with a minimum of ACCA LEVEL II or Equivalent. Experience in Debt Management / Recovery / Collection is an added advantage.
MUST have at least one (1) year work experience in a similar and busy environment. Banking experience is desired.
You must be of high integrity, Assertive, tenacious and astute enough to deal with difficulty clients. Excellent communication skills a must. You must be self driven, a self starter and a results oriented individual.
You must be ready to start work immediately.
