ADMINISTRATION MANAGER


Location: KITWE
The ideal candidate:
Must be able to manage people and situations with traceable proof.
• The office organization (IT & office)
• New technologies (internet / mobile)
• The property (premises and offices / development)
• Communication (documents / external / internal)
• Travel (bookings / Transportations / Third parties contractors management / communication to clients/ processing applications)
• Relations with the administrations (monitoring / control)
• Life of Enterprise (welfare of employees)
Involved on Employees’ On boarding / Terminations procedures (airport welcome/expats’ housing search/recuperate all equipment….)
Qualifications:
• Business administration Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience at same level
• Procurement experience a must
• Conversant with MS Office
• Excellent administrative skills
