Job Title: Roaming and International Services Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Oversee international roaming relationships, signing of partners and performance.
- Support IOT Negotiations and lead on Retail Rates implementation
- Ensure service level agreements with partner carriers are met.
- Monitor performance against agreed terms and support billing audits
- Recommend solutions regarding roaming issues; in-house support on all roaming issues.
- Evaluate interconnect and roaming traffic profiles to ensure cost effectiveness
- Produce Roaming reports and statistics. Forecast revenue and costs associated with roaming and analyze usage patterns.
- Support IDD business with new products and campaigns to generate and grow revenues
Candidate Requirements
- Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT, Engineering Degree
- At least 3 years’ experience roaming and international services in a telecoms environment.
- Experience in working with large data volumes and advanced user of Excel & Microsoft Access software packages.
- At least 2 years’ experience in dynamic and fast moving industries
